Please fill out the form below for payment and choose your preferred payment amount.

The $300 deposit is non-refundable. It is deducted from the $2500 enrollment fee. You may pay just the $300, you may pay the full amount, $2500, or you may pay half plus the deposit, $1,400, and $1,100 one month after your class starts.
